Digital Delivery Policy

1. Overview

Avondale Crest, operated by Avondale Peach LLC, delivers financial strategy services in digital format — primarily through live or recorded video sessions, written documents, and email communications. This policy describes how, when, and under what conditions services are delivered.

Because Avondale Crest services are custom, personalized, and advisory in nature, delivery requires active participation and timely information submission from the client.

2. Delivery Format

Services are delivered digitally through one or more of the following formats, depending on the engagement tier:

Physical delivery of materials is not offered. All services are provided digitally.

3. Delivery Timeline

Onboarding begins within 1 business day of purchase confirmation. The client will receive intake materials and instructions within 1 business day of their payment being confirmed.

The initial strategy session is typically scheduled within 3–5 business days after all required intake materials are received from the client.

Delivery of the written strategy plan or initial strategy session depends on the client providing all requested financial information and completing the intake process. Avondale Crest cannot begin substantive strategy work until required intake materials have been received and reviewed.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

4. Client Responsibilities

To receive timely service delivery, clients are responsible for:

Delays caused by incomplete intake submissions, non-response, or missed scheduling windows are not the responsibility of Avondale Crest and do not extend refund eligibility periods.

Avondale Crest is not responsible for technical issues on the client's end that prevent delivery of digital materials. If a client does not receive expected materials, they should check their spam or junk folder and contact us at info@avondalepeach.com.

7. Billing Descriptor

Charges for Avondale Crest services may appear on your credit or debit card statement as AVONDALE CREST or as otherwise shown at the time of checkout.

If you see an unrecognized charge and believe it may be related to an Avondale Crest purchase, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.
