Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Avondale Crest, operated by Avondale Peach LLC, offers a limited refund window for clients who have not yet received substantive strategy services. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read it carefully before completing any purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

A client may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted in writing within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
• The client has not completed the onboarding process
• The client has not received substantive strategy services of any kind
• The client has not received their initial debt payoff strategy plan in written, recorded, or live-session format

All conditions above must be satisfied simultaneously for a refund request to be considered. Partial refunds are not offered.

3. Non-Refundable Events

The engagement fee becomes fully non-refundable upon the occurrence of any of the following events, regardless of the date of purchase:

• Completion of the client onboarding process
• Delivery of intake materials and completion of the initial intake review
• Occurrence of a strategy session or advisory call (live, recorded, or written)
• Delivery of a written debt payoff strategy plan in any format
• Delivery of any educational materials, templates, or framework documents specific to the client's engagement
• Expiration of the 7-day refund window from date of purchase, regardless of service delivery status

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the eligible window. To request a refund:

1. Send an email to info@avondalepeach.com
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Full Name]"
3. Include the date of purchase, the amount paid, and the reason for the refund request

Refund requests submitted by phone will not be accepted. Written requests only.

5. Processing Timeline

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.

Avondale Peach LLC will notify you by email of the outcome of your refund request.

6. Financial Clarity Session (Assessment) Fee

The Financial Clarity Session is a paid assessment engagement billed separately. The session fee may be credited toward a full engagement if the client enrolls. The session fee itself is non-refundable once the session has occurred, regardless of whether the client enrolls in a full engagement.

If a Financial Clarity Session is scheduled and the client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, or fails to appear, the session fee is non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage clients who have a concern about a charge to contact us directly at info@avondalepeach.com or (770) 651-0484 before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable charge or outside of the eligible refund window may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Avondale Peach LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that are not supported by this policy.
