Avondale Crest offers a 7-day limited refund window from the date of purchase. Refund eligibility requires that the client has not completed onboarding, has not received substantive strategy services, and has not received their initial debt payoff strategy plan in any format. Once onboarding is completed, a strategy session occurs, or the initial strategy plan is delivered, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Onboarding begins within 1 business day of purchase confirmation. The initial strategy session is typically scheduled within 3–5 business days after all required intake materials are received from the client. Delivery timelines depend on the prompt provision of requested financial information.
All content, materials, frameworks, templates, documents, and strategy plans provided through Avondale Crest engagements are the intellectual property of Avondale Peach LLC unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for their personal financial planning purposes only.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share materials delivered through Avondale Crest without express written permission from Avondale Peach LLC.

Clients agree not to publicly disclose or misrepresent the proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or strategies shared during their engagement without written permission from Avondale Peach LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avondale Peach LLC and Avondale Crest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of services or reliance on information provided through any engagement.
The total liability of Avondale Peach LLC for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Individual results depend on personal financial circumstances, adherence to the strategy, market conditions, and factors outside the control of Avondale Crest or Avondale Peach LLC. No representation of a "debt-free" timeline or guaranteed payoff outcome is made or implied.
Avondale Peach LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any engagement at its discretion if a client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. In the event of termination by Avondale Peach LLC without cause, a pro-rated refund may be issued at Avondale Peach LLC's discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any engagement shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
